In this episode, our guest Tina C. Hines shares her own experience learning to love herself through a bout of clinical depression. Tina is an international intuitive transformational coach, who has devoted her life’s work to transforming and guiding emotionally wounded women on a journey of self-love, self-care, and self-worth. In addition to working with clients 1:1, she leads retreats around the world.
