We spend so much energy trying to figure out if our intuition is “working” when honestly? It’s been working the whole time. The problem was never the signal. It’s that we’ve been so busy waiting for it to show up in some big, dramatic, unmistakable way that we keep walking right past how it’s actually been showing up. Quietly. In ways that are completely unique to us. That shift from trying to figure it out to simply noticing is where everything starts to get really, really good.
This episode came from a question someone asked at my San Diego retreat this summer — and I loved it too much not to bring it here.
