I love receiving compliments – what a great validation of our own inner magic, to have that reflected back to us! But I didn’t always feel that way. Like many people, I used to believe that to be humble is divine, and that really taking in a compliment would “go to my head” and/or make me appear to be conceited. In this episode, we explore the magic of giving and receiving compliments, what makes a soulful compliment, and how compliments can raise our vibe. Compliments and kudos are not something you need to chase, but rather something you allow in. The real magic comes from within, but it’s nice when the outside world reflects that back to you. That’s the beauty of compliments!
